Lane was 21. He had just graduated from college and decided he had to travel. He bought an Olympus camera, some black and white Ilford Film and headed to Central America. He was a great photographer (a great artist, writer, and poet actually) and many people always wanted to capture pictures like him.

He always captured this incredibly interesting shots of things that were happening around him. He was observant and patient. Look at his amazing photography.
